I wanted to install Vista. Where do I find drivers for some of my hardware? can I use the XP drivers? or do they have to be developed especially for Vista? thanks

whither drivers ?
First, let Vista find the hardware and see if the hardware vendor has already given the driver to Microsoft. Second, if there are still peripherals that aren't supported, visit each hardware vendor to see if there is a new driver that was too late to be included with Vista Beta 2. Third, search the internet for similar situations to see if someone has found a solution. Fourth, just use the hardware on your main computer instead of your testing computer until the vendor writes a driver for it.
